How We Work

Check any potential physical, legal or planning constraints.

2 → Engage with landowner.

Prepare a planning strategy to unlock the site's potential and enable us to offer maximum value to the landowner.

3 → Instruct solicitors.

Order searches and conduct a full review of the land title.

4 → Prepare the planning application.

Consulting with our in house planning and sales teams for feedback on where we can improve our proposal.

5 → Engage with local community stakeholders.

Accommodate any feedback by updating the plan and strategy where possible.

6 → Submit planning application.

Make representations to the local planning authority and address any consultee concerns.

 

7 → Complete.

Finalise the purchase within 90 days of a satisfactory planning decision. If planning is refused, we will assess and submit an appeal at the optimum time.
